Come to India! You can own one for peanuts!

I’m pretty sure that anything more than 150hp would warp time, space and the ape’s frame lol

I would love to import one here to Canada along with the FIAT 126 I also want to get, but the 15 year import law requires I would need an Ape older than 2003....did they exist in India before that?

Yes, it has existed in India and Asia before 2003. In fact, there were a handful of models available. Not just the Ape!

I would be specifically looking for an Ape TM with the conventional car/steering wheel style layout (the Ape 50 only ever had a bike/TukTuk style handlebar layout, and the TM had the handlebar layout or a steering wheel/car layout as an option).

A TM van or TM bed model would be fine - I wouldn’t be picky there though! :P

A downside would be that here in Canada, as they are three-wheelers, I would need a motorbike license to drive one! :/

Just drive it in India. You won’t need a license lol
